Day 57 - ohhhh.........


I have finally figured out why healthy-eating people are so skinny - much of their food tastes, well, shall we say, different. Therefore, my guess is they just don't eat as much. It just takes a lot to get it down. Since I have gone pretty much sugarless these days, I have decided to make some additional changes. Healthy fare all around. This is Greek yogurt. No fat, no sugar, nothing that makes it "good". But, on the up side, no chemicals either. I have to laugh because it takes me FOREVER to eat it even with the honey and berries..............lol!
