This is a picture of my workspace. I know, it looks so exciting. Well, okay, so accounting is not the most glamorous of jobs. But while I work, I can listen to music all day long. I am the only one in the office who always has her radio on, or better yet, her ear buds in and am singing along with the songs on her Ipod. Music has been a major part of my life since I can remember. I remember funny little things like being 10 years old and wanting to be a night club singer, or sitting on the floor between a chair and the wall at my Aunt Katie and Uncle Philip's house just singing away. And who can forget singing in the car! Now I don't mean with the radio, I mean singing when you are a child and your parents are driving you somewhere. God bless my captive audience. They (and my brothers) certainly put up with a lot from me. I also played the clarinet all thru junior high and high school, and have dabbled with the piano, but singing has always been first and foremost my favorite form of musical expression.
